Management
Operational command center
The operational command center connects indicators, observations and actions for hospital management and activity coordinators. Jovimed puts sources and responsibilities in context; staff examine data freshness and meaning before priorities are determined.
Configuration, integrations and availability are discussed in your demonstration.

CAPABILITIES
From scattered signals to clear priorities.
The command center puts indicators and observations in the context of activity. Staff can see sources, periods and responsibilities to discuss what needs examination and which actions follow.
Operational scores
Show status for compliance, resources, risk, continuity and evidence. Staff can consult a value’s definition, period and source; comparison requires shared meaning rather than merely the same on-screen label.
Prioritised alerts
Group problems by impact, deadline, department and owner. An observation has an owner and escalation path so the priority discussed can be explained during a subsequent examination.
Capacity and resources
Show availability of beds, equipment, stock and relevant reserves. Planned availability remains separate from the verified situation; resources are examined by the people responsible for their use.
Team status
Follow actions, approvals and blockers by role. Management sees activities relevant to its purpose without a team status implicitly opening sensitive individual medical documents.
Crisis context
Connect disruption to plans, resources, fallback procedures and assistance requests. Procedures and contacts can be consulted alongside affected resources, while response coordination remains with the teams designated by the hospital.
Management agenda
Turn critical signals into discussion points for meetings and committees. A decision can be associated with the discussed indicator and next step, retaining its owner and conditions for another review.
IN PRACTICE
The agenda is built from the hospital’s real risks.
Instead of comparing separate reports, management sees the same signals ordered by impact. During the team discussion, an aggregate total is examined with its source and period. One ward may have recently reviewed information while another awaits completion. The coordinator records that difference before priorities are determined so the action follows the documented situation and the person able to clarify the information rather than an unexplained combined value.
Risks with near deadlines and high impact are displayed.
Owners check the data and propose measures.
Decisions become tracked actions with evidence.
Meetings focus on decisions and responsibilities, not manual data collection.
RECORDS & TRACEABILITY
Indicators linked to actions and evidence.
Every relevant signal can be followed to its data source, owner and action status. During a handover, open actions and their context are more useful than an isolated total. Staff can examine what information supported a decision and which document still needs completion. An indicator without a period or source needs clarification before interpretation, particularly when departments use different reporting cycles.

BEFORE YOUR DEMONSTRATION
Useful questions.
How recent is the displayed information?
Freshness depends on each indicator’s source and configured update workflow. Some information may be entered manually and reviewed periodically. Staff need to see the period, last verification time and responsible owner before using a value for coordination; bringing information into one view does not automatically make every source current.
How can it support a management committee?
The view can support an agenda through indicators, observations and followed actions. The owner prepares the discussion period and relevant documents while management examines differences and priorities. Decisions and implementation owners can be recorded without turning an aggregate indicator into a clinical recommendation or official assessment of the facility.
Who decides how alerts are prioritised?
Management and clinical or technical owners establish criteria and escalation appropriate to the activity. Jovimed can organise information for examination and follow an assigned action. An alert signals something to review; competent professionals assess clinical severity and the necessary response in the specific circumstances of the hospital.
