This notice explains how CODMOV S.R.L. processes personal data through the Jovimed marketing website. A Jovimed platform implementation used by a hospital will have separate contractual documents and processing information for that implementation.

Browsing this website
This website’s code includes no traffic analytics, advertising tools, behavioural tracking, profiling or marketing cookies. Hosting may process technical data needed to deliver and secure the pages, such as IP address, access date, requested resource, response code and browser identifier.
Cookies and local storage
The website does not use marketing or analytics cookies. Language preference is applied through the link selected by the user, not through automatic browser-language tracking. Interactive tools may keep information in the page URL or in a file downloaded by the user, without automatic submission to Jovimed.
Demonstration requests
The form collects your name, work email, hospital or organisation, role, optional phone number and optional message. The data are sent over HTTPS to this website’s server, then by email to echipa@jovimed.ro through the Jovimed email address configured for the form. The message also includes the submission date, IP address and browser identifier, for security, technical diagnosis and abuse prevention. Nothing is sent until you tick the consent box and select the send button.
Legal bases
Form data are processed with your consent, to answer your request and organise the demonstration. Technical data, security logs and rate-limiting are processed on the controller’s legitimate interest in keeping the website available, secure and protected against abuse. If the discussion leads to an offer or agreement, some data may later be processed for pre-contractual steps, contract performance and legal obligations.
Recipients and providers
Data may be accessed by authorised CODMOV S.R.L. personnel and by providers that support hosting, email, technical security and system administration. For this website, hosting is provided through chroot.ro, and form messages are sent to the Jovimed address echipa@jovimed.ro. These providers are used only for website operation and request transmission. We do not sell data and do not use them for behavioural advertising.
Retention
Demonstration requests are kept for as long as needed to answer, organise the demonstration and follow up the commercial discussion, but no longer than 6 months from the initial email request if no contract or legal retention obligation follows. Technical files used to limit abuse are kept for a short period, as needed for form security. If a request leads to an offer or agreement, retention follows the applicable commercial and accounting documents.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where the law allows it. You can withdraw consent for data sent through the form without affecting processing done before withdrawal. To exercise your rights, write to echipa@jovimed.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority.
Patient information and medical data
This is a marketing website. Do not enter patient data, medical results, diagnoses, images, clinical documents or other personal medical information in the form. Medical data in the Jovimed platform are handled only within separately authorised and contracted implementations.
Automated decisions
This website does not make automated decisions with legal or similar effect on individuals and does not profile visitors.
International transfers
No transfer of data outside the European Economic Area is intended for this website. If a technical provider involves such a transfer, it must be covered by safeguards required by applicable law.
